Elder Law of Michigan and its programs consider privacy and security of utmost importance. You can feel safe knowing that we take great efforts to make every caller, donor, and volunteer feel safe and comfortable.
All client and donor information you give us is kept safe and private. Your individual information will NEVER be shared with any other organization or person without your permission.
Your information will never be sold for marketing purposes. We will not give your contact information, including phone number, to any other organization.
In most circumstances, the information that you share with an attorney is protected by attorney-client privilege. This privilege extends to all persons working in our office, including interns and staff. All laws protecting that conversation will be honored.
All demographic information that we gather, including monthly income, race, and marital status, are never revealed. Demographics are collected for purposes of reporting to our funders. Your individual information is never shared.
