Upcoming Long-Term Care Medicaid Bootcamp

Monday, December 19, 2011 at Jewish Family Services in West Bloomfield

Elder Law of Michigan offers a Long Term Care Medicaid Bootcamp program for attorneys, social workers, and anyone else who works with aging or disabled adults.

The Boot Camp covers key topics including:

  • Rules governing who can qualify for Medicaid
  • Non-financial eligibility requirements for the various Medicaid programs including MIChoice, Medicare Savings and more
  • How assets and income are treated in the Medicaid program
  • Key on-line resources

As an added resource, all participants receive Elder Law of Michigan's Primer on the Michigan Medicaid Program! Also, Social Workers are eligible to receive Continuing Education Credits from this training.

The focus of the training is Medicaid for older adults and persons with disabilities.
