When you receive your Bridge Card in the mail, you will need to activate the card by calling the Customer Service phone number on the back of your Bridge Card. Before you call, pick a 4 digit number to use as your PIN. The PIN must be a random number. Digits that are a sequence from your Social Security Number, Date of Birth, or other personally identifying information can NOT be used as a PIN, so be sure to pick a random number and write it down before you call Customer Service to activate your Bridge Card. This PIN will be the access code you type into the key pad every time you buy food with your Bridge Card at the grocery store. Write the PIN number down and memorize it. Keep your PIN number a secret so no one else can use your Bridge Card!
