Today, there are nearly 2 million older adults in Michigan. During our 25 years of service, Elder Law of Michigan, Inc. has served an increasing number of older adults. One in four Michigan older adults currently live alone, increasing their inability to access services when the need arises.
Do you know an older adult who lives alone? How about a widow or widower? What about an older parent whose children have moved away?
Many of these older adults face issues related to a wide range of topics. Unfortunately, they don’t always have a place to turn in their communities for accessible services to address their issues and protect their own well-being. Fortunately, you can make a real difference in older adults’ lives.
