Tips for Preventing Falls

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, each year 1 in 3 older adults age 65 and older experience a fall*. Falls can be dangerous, and even cause severe injuries. However, there are several steps and precautionary measures that you can take to prevent falls before they happen.
