MiCAFE Network Screening Integration Coordinator

 

Nicole is a Screening Integration Coordinator at Elder Law of Michigan (ELM) and has been a member of the Elder Law of Michigan team since August 2021.

​

Nicole earned an Associates in General Studies from Lansing Community College. In November 2023, Nicole completed her studies through the University of Phoenix Online and now holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management.

 

Before joining the Elder Law of Michigan team, she worked for Sparrow Health System for 12 years where she started at Medical Supply assisting patients with Durable Medical Equipment needs. Eventually moving on to the main hospital where she took the role of Concierge Specialist, assisting over 5,000 caregivers and executives with maintaining a better work life balance.

 

As Screening Integration Coordinator at ELM, Nicole helps Michigan seniors navigate the benefits application process, and helps raise awareness of benefits through community outreach events.
